Certified Personal Trainer
Gabrielle is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. In addition, Gabrielle is a Certified Speed Specialist and is currently working on her Master’s degree in Exercise Science at California University of Pennsylvania. Her goal as a strength and conditioning specialist is to help you prepare your body for your “sport.” In Gabrielle’s mind, everyone is an athlete. Whether your goal is to lose weight, lift your grandchild, or win an Olympic Gold, Gabrielle will help you prevent injury, enhance performance and increase your overall health. Gabrielle has worked in the fitness and strength coaching professions for ten plus years and brings a variety of knowledge and experience to your individualized workout plan. Gabrielle is passionate about making positive change in her community through health and fitness and is also the Varsity Girl Basketball Coach at Carlisle High School.
