IPWebsiteDrKDr. Kielbasa is the founder and clinical director of Align Chiropractic Spine & Sports Rehab in Carlisle, PA. His passion of helping to educate and empower patients on how to live happier, healthier, and more functional lives with less pain and disability has lead to him founding this practice. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2002 from the National College of Chiropractic and holds post-graduate certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP), in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert. MDT), and as a Certified Functional Motion specialist (FMSC). His focus is on evidence-based, conservative care which requires continuous learning and education through proper research and continuing education classes. His approach to your care is of the highest medical standard as supported by this focus on evidence-based care. He wants you to respond to care in the shortest amount of time possible and to learn how to maintain and prevent further injury through proper education of your condition.

In addition to patient care, Dr. Kielbasa is also very passionate about sports including football, baseball, and hockey. He is an avid New York Yankees, St. Louis Rams, and Pittsburgh Penguins fan. He enjoys playing golf, traveling, listening to music and spending time with family and friends, especially his wife, Jenifer.

GabrielleWSGabrielle recently joined our Align Chiropractic Spine & Sports Rehab Team. Gabrielle is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. In addition, Gabrielle is a Certified Speed Specialist and is currently working on her Master’s degree in Exercise Science at California University of Pennsylvania. Her goal as a strength and conditioning specialist is to help you prepare your body for your “sport.” In Gabrielle’s mind, everyone is an athlete. Whether your goal is to lose weight, lift your grandchild, or win an Olympic Gold, Gabrielle will help you prevent injury, enhance performance and increase your overall health. Gabrielle has worked in the fitness and strength coaching professions for ten plus years and brings a variety of knowledge and experience to your individualized workout plan. Gabrielle is passionate about making positive change in her community through health and fitness and is also the Varsity Girl Basketball Coach at Carlisle High School.

Beth Bear, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

IMG 4029 20cropBeth recently joined our Align Chiropractic Spine & Sports Rehab team. She graduated from McCann School of Business & Technology in April 2013. She is proficient in Deep Tissue and Swedish massage. As a massage therapist, her goal is to bring a positive affect to the health and well-being of her clients. She enjoys the opportunity to assist others with pain control, stress reduction, and improved mobility through the benefits of massage.

On a personal level, she is the mother of three adult children and grandmother to three young grandchildren. They are the light of her life and she enjoys spending as much time as possible with them. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and reading.

She looks forward to a building a long and successful relationship with Align Chiropractic Spine & Sports Rehab and the opportunity to provide you, our patrons, with the benefits of massage.

Cordelia Mabey

Ideal Protein Weight Loss Coach

Dee2Cordelia has been a part of our Align Chiropractic Spine & Sports Rehab team since 2014. She recently took over as the Weight Loss Coach for our Ideal Protein Program. Cordelia is very passionate about the opportunity to help others in regaining their health and assisting them in accomplishing their desire to reach a healthy weight.

When not at work, Cordelia enjoys caring for her children and spending time with her husband. She also enjoys exercising, playing with her kids, gardening, drawing, cooking, painting murals, bible studies, photography, and attending Church.
